Cards Digify Shipping Policy

At Cards Digify, we understand that receiving your NFC business cards promptly is crucial. Therefore, we have a streamlined shipping process to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping policy:

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped the next business day after being placed. This means if you place an order on Monday, it will be shipped out on Tuesday.

Shipping Within Canada

All orders within Canada are shipped using Canada Post. If you’re located in Ontario or Quebec, you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days. For the rest of Canada, the delivery time is approximately 5-7 business days.

Shipping to the United States

For our customers in the United States, orders are shipped using Canada Post and are fulfilled by USPS. The typical delivery time for orders to the United States is 7-10 business days.

International Shipping

For our international customers outside of Canada and the United States, orders are shipped via Canada Post and other couriers, including DHL and UPS. The typical delivery time for international orders is 10-14 business days. Please note that shipping times can vary depending on the destination country.

Shipping Rates

We are currently offering free shipping to Canada and the United States for a limited time*. For international orders, shipping rates depend on the destination country and can be calculated at checkout.

Return Policy

At Cards Digify, each NFC business card is custom made to your specifications, ensuring a product that is uniquely yours. Because of this personalization and the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Our NFC business cards are made to order, and significant time and resources are dedicated to creating each one. As such, it’s essential to double-check all information you provide during the customization process.
